These terms govern the use of Integramate, a service that runs AI automations on a business’s WhatsApp Business number and lets its team read and reply to WhatsApp conversations from a web dashboard. By using Integramate, the business (“client”) and its members agree to them. Questions go to pablomalyk@gmail.com.
The client may not use Integramate to send spam, unlawful or deceptive content, or messages to people who did not agree to receive them.
Automations answer with the content the client configures. The client reviews that content and is responsible for what its number sends. Automatic replies can be wrong; the client can pause the bot in any conversation and reply itself.
The client owns its data and its customers’ data. We process it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes.
Each workspace has a plan with usage limits. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or Meta’s policies, or whose plan is unpaid, and we tell the owner first unless the breach is serious.
We work to keep Integramate available but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount the client paid us in the three months before the claim.
The client may stop using Integramate at any time and ask us to delete its data, as the privacy policy explains.
If these terms change, we update the date above and tell clients by email before material changes take effect.
